1 mold closing and mold opening
(1) slow mold closing: electromagnets YA2 and ya9 are energized. The large pump unloads, and the pressure oil delivered by the small pump enters the upper chamber of the mold closing hydraulic cylinder through valves 6, 19 and 17, pushing the piston down to realize slow mold closing
(2) fast mold closing: electromagnets YAL, YA2 and ya9 are powered on. The pressure oil delivered by the small pump passes through valve 5 and valve 6} respectively, and then passes through valves L9 and 17 to the upper chamber of the mold closing hydraulic cylinder to push the piston to realize
rapid mold closing
(3) slow mold opening: electromagnets YA2 and ya8 are electrified. The large pump unloads, and the small pump sends the pressure oil through valves 6, 19, 17 and 18 to the lower cavity of the mold closing cylinder to push the piston to realize slow mold opening
(4) quick mold opening: YAL, YA2, ya8 are powered on. Both the large and small pumps work, and the pressure oil delivered from the mountains is closed by valves 5 and 6 respectively, and then enters the lower cavity of the clamping hydraulic cylinder through valves 19, 17 and 18 to realize rapid mold opening. The composition of the injection molding mechanism is shown in Figure 1, and the hydraulic transmission system is shown in Figure 2
2 injection seat moving forward and backward

3 injection
electromagnets YAL, YA2, YA3, ya4, ya5, ya6 are all energized. Large flow of pressure oil is required during injection to complete the injection quickly. Therefore, the pressure oil delivered by large and small hydraulic pumps passes through valve 5 and valve 6 respectively, and then enters the right chamber of the injection cylinder through valve 9 and valve 15. The injection piston advances and pushes the screw forward to realize the injection action
4 pressure maintaining
electromagnets YA2, YA3, ya4, ya6 are energized. The oil circuit is the same as the injection oil circuit
5 pre molding
during the pre molding process, the screw forces the injection piston back. Adjusting the back pressure valve L5 can control the oil pressure in the right chamber of the injection pressure cylinder to produce the back pressure required for pre molding, so as to control the plasticization quality of materials. When the screw retreats to the preset metering position, press the lower limit switch and the pre molding stops
